Yard Sale

Check back here for information about the 23nd Annual Tree Streets Yard Sale.  This year’s sale is scheduled for September 8th, 2012.

Neighborhood residents will hold sales on their property, and throughout the years the crowd has grown to about 30,000 shoppers!  The sale starts in the morning so come early to get parking at ETSU and along W. Walnut Street or wherever parking is legally allowed.

Take an occasional break from shopping to get some food and refreshments at several restaurants on W. Walnut Street.  Wear comfortable walking shoes so you can check out all the sales – - over 100!

The sale area is bounded by W. Walnut Street, University Parkway and South Roan Street.
